1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email or message with a tracking ID.

  • Custom or handmade pieces may take extra 2–3 days to dispatch — we’ll always keep you informed if there’s a delay.

2. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹2499.

  • A standard shipping fee (₹99–₹150) may apply for orders below that amount, depending on your delivery location.

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout before payment.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Deliveries typically take 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location within Mumbai.

  • Areas outside the main city limits may experience slightly longer delivery times.

4. Delivery Area

We currently ship our products across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities in India. This includes:
Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Gurgaon, Noida, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Lucknow, Indore, Nagpur, Surat, Coimbatore, Kochi, Bhopal, Vadodara, Mysore, Nashik, and Ludhiana.

We’re constantly working to expand our delivery network so that more customers can experience Golden Hour. If your city isn’t listed yet, don’t worry — we’ll be reaching you soon!

5. Shipping Partners

We use trusted local courier and delivery partners to ensure your order reaches you quickly and safely.
You’ll be updated via text or email once your package is out for delivery.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and contact number are entered correctly at checkout.
Golden Hour is not responsible for delays or losses caused due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details.

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is missing items, please email us at buygoldenhour@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Attach unboxing images or videos for faster resolution — we’ll investigate and make it right for you.

8. Delivery Delays

We’ll always do our best to get your order to you on time.
However, external factors like courier delays, strikes, or bad weather may occasionally affect delivery. In such cases, we’ll notify you and ensure you’re updated throughout.
