We hope you love your purchase as much as we loved curating it for you.
Since all our pieces are handcrafted and curated with care, we follow a limited return and exchange policy as outlined below.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • You have received a wrong or damaged item, and

  • You report it within 48 hours with proof (unboxing video/images), and

  • The issue is validated by our quality team.

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Change of mind, size, or preference

  • Minor color variations (due to lighting or display differences)

  • Orders with customised or handmade jewellery bundles

2. Damaged or Wrong Item Received

We take utmost care in packaging and shipping, but if you receive:

  • A damaged product, or

  • A wrong item (different from what was ordered)

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at buygoldenhour@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order ID

  • Unboxing video and clear images of the item received

Once verified, we’ll process a replacement within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are only issued in exceptional cases where a replacement is unavailable.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.

  • Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellations are not accepted.

To request a cancellation within the valid window, please email us at [your email address] with your order details.

4. Refund Timelines

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay)

5. Color & Product Disclaimer

All our product photos are captured in natural light to reflect true colors. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings or lighting.
This does not qualify as a damaged or defective product.

6. Handmade Jewellery Disclaimer

Our jewellery often includes handcrafted and hand-assembled elements, meaning no two pieces are exactly alike.

  • Minor variations in design, stone placement, or finish are a natural part of handmade craftsmanship and not considered defects.

  • These differences highlight the individuality of each piece and are part of what makes Golden Hour jewellery one-of-a-kind.

7. Fraud & Misuse Disclaimer

Golden Hour reserves the right to reject refund or replacement requests if fraudulent behavior, misuse, or policy abuse is suspected.Our decision in such matters will be final.
